02 - 2/3 cup dried cranberries

# How to Make:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix together pistachios and dried cranberries.
03 - Using a double boiler, melt the chopped dark chocolate over gently simmering water, stirring until smooth.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate over the nut and fruit mixture and fold gently until everything is evenly coated.
05 - Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle each cluster with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
07 - Place clusters in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes or until the chocolate is fully set.
08 - Keep clusters in an airtight container in a cool place for up to one week.
