08 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

# How to Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 480°F or as high as possible. If using a pizza stone, position the stone while preheating.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until homogeneous.
04 - Evenly spread the crème fraîche mixture over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
05 - Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella cheese atop the sauce.
06 - Arrange sliced dill pickles and red onion (if using) on top of the mozzarella.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove pizza from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve while hot.
