02 - Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.
03 - Combine pasta in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes if desired, salt, pepper, and Parmesan or nutritional yeast. Toss to coat evenly.
04 - Spread the seasoned pasta evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, tossing pasta halfway through, until golden and crispy.
06 - Allow pasta chips to cool slightly. Serve as a snack or with your preferred dip.
