# How to Make:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface with the long edge toward you.
03 - Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the pastry, leaving a ½ inch border at the edges.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.

06 - Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
07 - Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into ½ inch thick pieces and arrange cut side up on the prepared tray, spacing slightly apart.
