# How to Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

03 - Add cold cubed butter and quickly cut it into the dry mixture using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
04 - Stir in grated sharp cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
05 - Pour cold buttermilk into the bowl and mix gently just until a soft dough forms, taking care not to overmix.
06 - Turn the dough onto a floured surface and pat it out to approximately 3/4-inch thickness. Cut into 16 equal squares or rounds.
