# How to Make:
01 - Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps.
02 - Add hot water to the matcha and whisk using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and frothy.
03 - Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling. Stir in maple syrup or honey and peppermint extract.
04 - Froth the milk with a milk frother or whisk vigorously until foam forms.
05 - Divide the matcha mixture evenly into two mugs, then pour the hot, frothed peppermint milk over it. Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies if desired. Serve immediately.
