01 - 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder
02 - 1/4 cup hot water (approximately 175°F)

→ Milk & Sweetener

03 - 2 cups milk of choice (dairy, oat, almond, or soy)
04 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, adjust to taste

→ Peppermint Flavor

05 - 1/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract

→ Topping (Optional)

06 - Whipped cream (dairy or plant-based)
07 - Crushed peppermint candies or sprinkles

# How to Make:

01 - Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps.
02 - Add hot water to the matcha and whisk using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and frothy.
03 - Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling. Stir in maple syrup or honey and peppermint extract.
