# Expert tips:

01 -
  • It costs a fraction of what you'd spend at the coffee shop, and somehow tastes fresher because you're using real strawberries.
  • The açaí powder gives you that signature deep berry flavor without any mystery ingredients or artificial aftertaste.
  • Takes barely ten minutes from start to sip, making it perfect for mornings when you need something refreshing but don't want the sugar crash.
02 -
  • Don't skip the straining step even though it feels tedious—the difference between a smooth drink and one with pulpy bits is genuinely noticeable and totally worth the extra minute.
  • If your strawberries aren't sweet, the whole drink suffers, so taste them before you commit; sometimes adding a splash more grape juice rescues a mediocre batch.
03 -
  • Freeze some of the fruit base in ice cube trays, then blend those cubes into your next batch for an even colder drink without watering it down with regular ice.
  • If you can't find green coffee bean extract, a tiny pinch of instant coffee powder dissolved in warm water works surprisingly well and gives you similar brightness.
