07 - 1 cup 100% fruit juice, such as apple, berry, or orange
08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

→ Mash-Up Toppings

10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit, lightly crushed
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy, such as Skittles or marshmallows, crushed or chopped

# How to Make:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until thoroughly mixed, then press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Refrigerate to firm while preparing gummies.
03 - Add fruit juice to a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the juice and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Gently heat over low flame, stirring until gelatin fully dissolves. Stir in honey or agave syrup, then transfer mixture to a parchment-lined small dish. Refrigerate 45 to 60 minutes until completely set.
04 - Once set, remove gummies from the dish and slice into small cubes.
05 - Retrieve the oat base from the refrigerator. Scatter homemade gummy cubes, freeze-dried fruit, and freeze-dried candy evenly over the base, pressing toppings gently to embed.
06 - Refrigerate the assembled pan for 10 to 15 minutes to set the toppings.
07 - Lift the slab out using parchment paper and slice into 12 snack bars using a sharp knife.
