- Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by lining with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually fold dry mixture into wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
- Place pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly soft.
- Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips evenly over the brownie layer.
- Return pan to oven and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, until marshmallows are golden and chocolate chips have begun to melt.
- Allow bars to cool in pan for at least 30 minutes. Lift from pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.
