# How to Make:
01 - In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, lime juice, grated ginger, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large jug to remove pulp, pressing firmly to extract as much liquid as possible.
03 - Add chilled sparkling water to the jug and stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.
04 - Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pineapple-ginger mixture over the ice.
05 - Garnish each glass with pineapple wedges, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
