# How to Make:
01 - Melt butter in a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
02 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Incorporate pasta, broth, milk, dried thyme, and ground nutmeg. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
04 - Stir in shredded turkey and fresh spinach. Cook uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes until spinach wilts and turkey is heated through.
