# Expert tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like vacation but takes less time than brewing coffee.
  • The turmeric gives you that wellness glow without any bitterness if you balance it right.
  • You can make it thick like soft serve or thin like juice depending on your mood.
02 -
  • Turmeric stains everything it touches, so rinse your blender immediately and don't wear your favorite white shirt while making this.
  • If you use frozen fruit straight from the freezer, you might need to let the blender run a bit longer to avoid icy chunks.
03 -
  • A tiny pinch of black pepper with the turmeric helps your body absorb the anti-inflammatory benefits, though you won't taste it.
  • Use a ripe banana with brown spots for natural sweetness so you can skip the added sugar entirely.
