01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

# How to Make:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer lengthwise through the center of each russet potato.
02 - Holding the skewer, cut each potato into a spiral using a sharp knife. Rotate and slice from end to end, then stretch gently to space out the spirals.
03 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and ground black pepper to make the seasoning mixture.
04 - Brush or rub the prepared seasoning evenly over each spiraled potato, coating thoroughly, including between layers.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
06 - Position the skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap or touch.
07 - Cook at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, turning the skewers halfway, until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
